Wyoming has special rules regarding medical support for children. Penalties are imposed for noncompliance. See Child Support Withholding.
  • Wyoming limits the amount of an employee's pay that may be garnished. Creditor garnishments remain in effect for 90 days. Child support withholding orders take priority over creditor garnishments. Penalties are imposed for noncompliance. See Creditor Garnishment Withholding.
