Summary
- Employers covered by the CalSavers Retirement Savings Program must provide eligible employees access to the program if they do not sponsor a retirement savings plan. This includes registering with CalSavers, providing information to eligible employees and facilitating employee contributions for program participants. Employees must meet certain requirements to be eligible for CalSavers. See CalSavers Retirement Savings Program.
