  • Like the National Labor Relations Act, the Rhode Island State Labor Relations Act prohibits certain actions by employers and employees known as unfair labor practices. In this area, the Act essentially mirrors the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), but with two major differences. See Unfair Labor Practices.
