  • Vermont has adopted the Uniform Trade Secret Act. See Trade Secrets.
  • Vermont has comprehensive laws requiring notification to affected residents if a data breach occurs and personally identifiable information is acquired by unauthorized sources. See Vermont Security Breach Notice Act.
