Summary

  • The Fair Employment Practices Act prohibits employment discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin/ancestry, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information or disability unrelated to job performance.   • Maryland has an equal pay law, which includes a wage disclosure provision. See Equal Pay.
