Summary
- Pennsylvania employees must be paid overtime at one and one-half times their regular rate of pay for any hours worked over 40 hours in one workweek. See Computing Overtime.
- Pennsylvania allows employers to exclude certain payments from the regular rate. These payments are similar, but not identical, to payments that may be excluded from the regular rate under federal law. See The Regular Rate.
