  • Nebraska group health policies issued to employers with fewer than 20 employees generally must include state continuation coverage provisions. See Nebraska Continuation Coverage Law.
  • Nebraska law provides special continuation coverage rights to victims of domestic abuse and to dependents when they no longer satisfy the definition of dependent. See Nebraska Continuation Coverage Law.
