- Employers covered by Colorado's Minimum Wage Order must provide unpaid meal breaks and paid rest breaks when employees work a certain amount of time. Employers also must provide breastfeeding breaks to nursing mothers. See Break Periods.
- Travel time controlled or directed by an employer will usually count as hours worked. See Travel Time.
