  • Private sector employers in Florida are under the jurisdiction of federal OSHA. See Federal OSHA.

  • Florida has a four year statute of limitations for individuals to sue for personal injuries, such as for injuries or illnesses caused by toxic chemicals. See Toxic Chemicals.
