Summary
- Some Missouri employees may have due process rights which protect them from arbitrary termination and require the employer to demonstrate cause for termination. See Termination for Cause.
- The Missouri Human Rights act prohibits discrimination based on several categories of protected classes of workers, harassment based on those factors and retaliation against employees who are related to or married to individuals who belong to those protected categories.
