  • Contractors that employ 25 or more workers may need to show cause before terminating those individuals during the first 90 days of being awarded a contract. See Displaced Workers Protection.
  • Employers of Career and Educational Services employees and individuals appointed to the Excepted and Legal Services are required to adhere to the District of Columbia's procedures concerning reductions-in-force. See Reductions in Force Procedures.
