  • There are several types of leave that may be available to employees in Arizona which are required by federal or state law, and may be affected by an individual employer's policies. See Arizona - Leaves of Absence.
  • Arizona employers must provide paid sick leave to eligible employees. See Earned Paid Sick Time.
  • Generally, Arizona employers with 50 or more employees must grant leave to victims of a crime or domestic violence to attend court proceedings. See Leave for Victimized Employees.
