Summary

  • Pennsylvania has adopted the Uniform Trade Secret Act. See Trade Secrets.
  • Residents must be promptly and appropriately notified of any breaches of data that include private personal information, under Pennsylvania's Breach of Personal Information Notification Act. See Breach of Personal Information Notification Act.
