  • Under Illinois law, public employees must be educated with respect to sexual harassment issues. See Sexual Harassment Prevention Training.
  • Illinois requires employers who voluntarily participate in the federal Department of Homeland Security's E-Verify program to receive training on the program. See E-Verify Training.
