Policies and Procedures

Our Policies and Procedures resource is like having an HR library at your fingertips. Any time you need a model policy, posters, notices, sample letters, contract clauses and forms, you can find them all here.

Our model policies are different from our Employee Handbooks statements in that they are more instructional in nature. While they may not be required or recommended, they can still provide value to your organization - for example having an inclement weather policy could be beneficial.

Note: due to popular demand, we've begun to ramp up our state-specific resources - such as sample job offer letters and job application forms. Watch out for our product announcement emails or visit our Coming Soon to XpertHR page regularly so you don't miss an update.

Homepage

From the Policies and Procedures homepage you can search within the resource, by state and even by locality, as well as by category. You can also navigate to resource categories via the smart breadcrumb bar. The homepage also features a list of the most recent new and updated resources.

The Trending box gives you a sense of what's topical, providing a list of the most popular articles within the resource.

Additional Tips

When you navigate to a specific category, for example Employee Benefits, you will notice sub-categories and a listing of related resources separated into different tabs for forms, letters, policies & procedures and posters for ease of browsing.
