Pro Tips for Quick Reference

Quick Reference is the home of our popular "Does This Law Apply to My Organization" federal and individualized state-by-state charts.

These are particularly useful if you are new to HR or looking to expand into a new state. Each chart features the most significant laws unique to that state and breaks down which employers are covered (for example: employers with 50+ employees). Once you click on a particular law it will take you directly to the Employment Law Guide for further details.

Does This Law Apply

You can also find a listing of federal and state labor and employment law posters in Quick Reference.

These charts will list all the posters that are required or recommended for employers. Each poster link will direct you to our Policies and Procedures resource where you will find the specific and most up-to-date poster.
