Resource Types
Resource Types are the foundation of XpertHR. We host over a dozen practical resources to help you accomplish your daily HR duties. If you need to learn more about a specific employment law, train a supervisor, or download a brand-new policy, our resource box can help.
How to Navigate to Resource Types
Navigate to Resources via the dropdown menu, circled in the image below, where you will find:
- Resources grouped by categories to help you quickly identify their purpose
- Resource descriptions for an overview of each resource type and its purpose
Resources Homepages
Once you've navigated to a particular resource, you'll find yourself at a resources homepage. In general, each homepage has a similar structure, where you can browse and search for specific resources by:
- A category listing which you can also access via the Smart Breadcrumb bar
- Search within "Resource" bar (see more search tips)
- About "This Resource" box with a brief resource description
- New and updated resources specific to that resources
- Trending box featuring the top resources trending among our subscribers
