Many incidents of workplace discrimination take the form of microaggressions. In order to ensure a truly inclusive workplace culture, take steps to prevent these incidents from occurring. A microaggression is an action or incident that is indirect, subtle and possibly unintentional that communicates some sort of bias against a member of a historically marginalized group.
