How to Engage Hybrid Teams

Engaging a hybrid team requires building a culture of teamwork that encompasses the full team, without reinforcing a sense of the "on-site group" and the "remote group." In a hybrid workplace model, on any given day, some members of a hybrid team work on site, some work remotely, and some may switch back and forth between locations. Because of these dynamics, seek to establish a unified team rather than foster or even encourage an "us" versus "them" mindset.
