How to Prepare and File the EEO-1 Report Component 2

The EEO-1 Report Component 2 reports on employee compensation and hours worked from covered employers with 100 or more employees sorted by job category, pay band, race, ethnicity and gender. It differs from the EEO-1 Report Component 1 reporting on the gender, racial and ethnic makeup of an employer's workforce which was due by May 31, 2019. In light of the recent court decision in National Women's Law Center, et al., v. Office of Management and Budget, et al., +358 F. Supp. 3d 66 (D.D.C.), Component 2 data for 2017 and 2018 was due to the EEOC by September 30, 2019.
