Author: Theresa Rogers

Reports estimate that more than 10 million Americans are the victim of identity theft each year. Because all workplaces are required to retain personal information on employees, it is critical to follow certain guidelines regarding the protection of personal information in an effort to prevent identity theft and to remain compliant with Federal Trade Commission requirements.
