Under the National Labor Relations Act, unions have a right to try to organize dissatisfied employees. How employers manage their employees and respond to employee concerns will impact a workforce's susceptibility to union organizing efforts. Employers may implement a number of practices that will help create a positive work environment, therefore minimizing the possibility of union organizing.
