The goal of a successful employee suggestion program has always been to tap into the ideas and creative thinking of employees in an effort to improve work processes, systems, methods and products. A properly managed suggestion program can improve morale, increase productivity, cut costs and raise retention rates. However, creating and implementing an employee suggestion program should not be undertaken lightly.
