To attract and hire a qualified, diverse and highly capable workforce, employers are finding they need to enhance their traditional recruitment processes with the latest innovations in social media technologies.

Social media recruiting (also called social recruiting) can extend reach, find passive job seekers, speed recruitment and cut costs.
