NLRB Issues Guidance on Social Media Policies

Author: XpertHR Editorial Team

Following on the heels of the August 2011 and January 2012 reports, Lafe E. Solomon, acting general counsel of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), issued a third report on May 30, 2012, in the form of an Operations Management Memorandum, on NLRB cases involving social media.
