San Antonio, Texas, Paid Sick Leave Law Applies to Small Employers

Implementation Date: Repealed

UPDATE: On October 3, 2019, San Antonio approved numerous amendments to its paid sick leave law, including repealing the delayed implementation (which was August 1, 2021) for employers with five or fewer employees. All employers, regardless of size, must comply with the Sick and Safe Leave Benefits Ordinance beginning December 1, 2019.
