When to Use

After an inspector from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) determines that a violation exists and the employer fixes the violation, employers are required to provide abatement documentation to the agency indicating the date and method of abatement and a statement that affected employees and their representatives have been informed of the abatement.
