OSHA has launched a new nationwide program focusing enforcement efforts on protecting high-risk employees from contracting the coronavirus while also protecting them from retaliation for complaining about unsafe conditions.
Fatalities and imminent danger exposures related to COVID-19 will be prioritized for Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) inspections, with particular attention given to healthcare organizations and first responders.
