Alan M. Levy, an attorney at Lindner & Marsack, has been a labor and employment law practitioner since 1965, and an adjunct professor of labor law at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee for 25 years.
Mr. Levy's practice focuses on litigation of public and private employee benefit issues and administration of benefit programs.
He has been an attorney at Lindner & Marsack, SC since 1991, and before that he was the administrator and senior in-house counsel for the Central States Pension Fund where he developed its original MPPAA employer withdrawal liability department.
Mr. Levy is a member of the bars of the Supreme Courts of the United States, Wisconsin and Illinois, as well as seven US Courts of Appeals and six federal district courts.
He has also litigated frequently before the NLRB, various other state and federal labor and employment administrative agencies, and in arbitration.
Mr. Levy has written numerous scholarly articles and spoken frequently at conferences, training programs, and academic forums.
He received his BA and JD degrees from the University of Chicago, where he was a Page Scholar.
