Amy E. Mendenhall is a knowledge management counsel based out of the Washington, DC, office of Littler Mendelson, PC, a US-based law firm exclusively devoted to representing management in every aspect of labor and employment law.
Ms. Mendenhall has advised and represented employers in a broad range of employment matters arising under federal and state laws.
As a knowledge management counsel, she oversees the creation and maintenance of the firm’s library of employee handbook policies and works with clients to maintain compliant and effective employee handbook policies.
In law school, Ms. Mendenhall was executive editor of the Harvard Journal of Law and Gender. She also was a finalist in the Ames Moot Court Competition.
Ms. Mendenhall received her JD, from Harvard Law School in 2008, an MA from Pennsylvania State University in 2003 and a BA from Virginia Tech in 2000, summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa.
She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
