Corinn Jackson is a knowledge management counsel in the Los Angeles office of Littler Mendelson, PC, a US-based law firm exclusively devoted to representing management in every aspect of labor and employment law.
Ms. Jackson creates and manages electronic legal resources to assist in counseling employers in all areas of labor and employment law.
She helps develop and manage the firm's internal and external publications. Her practice includes matters arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the ADA, FMLA, wage and hour issues, and other state and federal laws governing the employment relationship.
Ms. Jackson's litigation experience has involved representing clients in administrative proceedings, class and collective actions and single plaintiff cases.
She utilizes this experience to assist the firm in developing internal and external resources that promote the efficient handling of employment-related litigation.
As a member of Littler’s knowledge management department, Ms. Jackson regularly works with practitioners in numerous practice areas, including employee policy and handbook compliance, alternative dispute resolution, background checks, complex litigation and trials, staffing and contingent workers and workplace safety.
She is also an adjunct professor of legal writing and advocacy at the USC Gould School of Law.
Ms. Jackson received her JD from Harvard Law School in 2005 and her BA from the University of Washington in 2001, magna cum laude.
