Is Your Workplace Ready for the COVID Vaccine? What HR Needs to Know

Wednesday, January 20 at 2PM ET

The roll out of vaccines is a much-anticipated and welcome milestone in the fight against COVID-19. However, employers must now navigate the various issues associated with COVID vaccinations, and what they mean for their workplaces and their employees.

Register now for this 60-minute webinar on January 20, 2021, presented by attorneys Phillip Bauknight and Kevin Troutman, partners at Fisher Phillips, a leading labor and employment law firm. Attendees will learn about the crucial issues employers need to consider when determining how to address COVID vaccinations for their employees, such as:

  • Whether employers can require employees to be vaccinated;
  • What to include in a vaccination policy;
  • What to do if an employee resists getting a vaccine; and
  • Multistate employer issues.

Participants will also learn the key takeaways in the new EEOC guidance on whether employers may mandate COVID vaccinations, and what hurdles employees need to overcome if they choose to do so.
