Daniel Finerty

Daniel Finerty concentrates his practice at Lindner & Marsack, SC on representing and counseling private and public sector clients in labor and employment litigation and compliance matters in front of administrative agencies, federal and state courts and labor arbitrations.

Mr. Finerty has represented private sector employers in long term care, healthcare, hospitality, transportation, construction, manufacturing and packaging in litigation matters involving Title VII, the FLSA, ADEA, FMLA, the Wisconsin Fair Employment Act, the City of Milwaukee Employee Rights Ordinance as well as other federal, state and local laws.

In addition to litigation, he regularly advises his clients on how employment-related legislation and regulation affect their businesses and assists clients in developing compliant policies and practices.

Mr. Finerty spent a considerable amount of time advising clients as well as members of various trade associations on effective compliance with Wisconsin's Concealed Carry law and the City of Milwaukee Paid Sick Leave Ordinance.
