David Gabor

David Gabor, of counsel at the Wagner Law Group, focuses on litigation, employment and business law, as well as issues arising out of the employer-employee relationship; litigates in federal and state courts, appeals and arbitrations; negotiates employment and commercial contracts and business transactions; identifies, clarifies and mitigates risk in business transactions and personnel matters; works with federal, state and local governments regarding labor and wage issues, employee classifications, RFPs, REIs and bids, as well as working on stimulus programs.

Mr. Gabor develops policies and procedures; addresses human resource issues relating to employee management, discrimination, workplace violence and other disciplinary matters; consults on and develops processes to improve employee relations, employee engagement, productivity and customer satisfaction; creates infrastructure, organizational charts, job analysis and job descriptions; identifies the source of communication breakdowns at various levels of an organization and provides effective solution to improve behaviors that have impacts on morale and customer service.

He has successfully represented clients in the hotels and hospitality, restaurant, catering, construction, freight forwarding, manufacturing, healthcare, legal and professional services industries, as well as not-for-profit and government and trade organizations.

Mr. Gabor has been in the employment law field since 1988.
