Mr. LeDoux's employment and labor practice involves litigation and advising for unionized and nonunionized employers.
He also has had a particular focus over the last several years dealing with noncompete issues, including handling numerous litigation matters involving noncompete disputes and disputes over misappropriation of confidential business information.
Mr. LeDoux has significant experience working with employers on union-related labor law matters, including handling grievance arbitrations, defending unfair labor practice charges, and union election campaigns.
He also represents labor and employment clients in a variety of jurisdictions, including federal and state courts, and before the NLRB, EEOC, Minnesota Department of Human Rights and other such agencies.
Mr. LeDoux received his JD, cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School.
