Douglas S. Zucker is a founding member of Bauch Zucker Hatfield LLC, where he primarily represents private and public sector employers and not-for-profit organizations in labor and employment law and general business matters.
Mr. Zucker conducts internal workplace investigations and training programs; drafts and revises employee handbooks and policies; does extensive employer counseling on family and medical leave, employment discrimination and workplace harassment, disability and reasonable accommodation, wage and hour issues, discipline, discharge, executive compensation, and contract issues; and is an approved I-9 auditor.
His practice also includes restrictive covenant litigation, litigating commercial disputes before state and federal courts and administrative agencies, and in arbitration and collective bargaining negotiations.
Mr. Zucker received his BS in business, majoring in Industrial Relations from Rider College, his MS in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from Rutgers University and his JD from Fordham University School of Law.
He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey; is a member of the New Jersey Supreme Court Advisory Committee on ADA Compliance and the New Jersey State and American Bar Associations; an officer of the Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations Alumni Association, and a member of the executive committee at a Joseph Kushner Hebrew Academy/Rae Kushner Yeshiva High School.
