Mr. Clark’s practice includes counseling management and litigating matters relative to employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, trade secrets and wage-and-hour laws.
He represents employers before state and federal courts as well as the EEOC, NLRB and other government agencies.
Mr. Clark also advises employers regarding workplace policies, as well as the creation of employment agreements and handbooks.
He received his JD from Florida State University College of Law in 2005 and his BA from Brigham Young University in 2002.
Mr. Clark is admitted to practice in Nevada, Utah and Wyoming.
He is also fluent in Mandarin.
