His experience includes representing clients in cases involving allegations of sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination. He has also defended putative class actions seeking to certify employment-related claims.

He obtained his JD, cum laude, from Harvard Law School and then served as a law clerk to the Hon. G. Thomas Eisele, US District Court, Eastern District of Arkansas, before entering private practice.
