She practices in the areas of employee benefits and employment law.
Ms. McDuffie has been involved in the design, implementation and maintenance of various employee benefit plans.
She provides counsel on pension and 401(k) plans, COBRA issues, ERISA matters, health insurance, cafeteria plans and disability plans.
Ms. McDuffie also has extensive experience working with federal and state FMLAs and the ADA.
She is co-author of the Absence Control Handbook and contributing author of the Family and Medical Leave Compliance Manual.
Ms. McDuffie has been invited to speak for various organizations, including the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Outreach Program and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
She received a BS in Accounting from Carroll College and a JD from Marquette University Law School.
Ms. McDuffie is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin (member, labor and employment section), the Wisconsin Association for Women Lawyers and the ABA.
