Fermin H. Llaguno is the office managing shareholder in the Orange County, CA office of Littler Mendelson, PC, the largest US-based law firm exclusively devoted to representing management in every aspect of labor and employment law.
Mr. Llaguno advises and represents clients in all areas of labor and employment law and has experience in all facets of the litigation process, from initial investigation and filing through trial and appeal.
His practice includes both single plaintiff and class action litigation in multiple areas, including wage and hour, wrongful termination, discrimination, and employee benefits.
Mr. Llaguno also performs employment and payroll practice audits and revises and prepares all manner of employee handbooks and employment-related agreements for clients.
He is a founding member of Littler's Spanish services group and has served as a member of the firm's board of directors, national shareholder recruiting committee, and diversity and inclusion council.
Mr. Llaguno received his JD from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law in 1996 and his BS from the University of Southern California in 1993.
He is admitted to practice in both California and Hawaii.
