Mr. Barrow advises and represents clients in state and federal courts in Texas and Louisiana in employment law matters and has significant experience with claims based upon Title VII, the ADEA, ADA, FMLA and numerous state statutes.
He has particular expertise responding to charges of discrimination filed with federal and state agencies and helping employers to comply with federal, state and municipal employment laws.
Mr. Barrow also participated in one of the largest wage and hour audits involving the review of more than 3,500 jobs.
With significant experience effectively resolving difficult and complex matters through mediations or summary judgment motions, he also provides counseling on litigation avoidance, the FLSA, non-competition agreements, severance agreements and employment policies.
Mr. Barrow received his JD from the Southern University Law Center in 2002, magna cum laude and a BS, Louisiana State University in 1991.
He is admitted to practice in both Texas and Louisiana.
