Mr. Al Homoud is a Saudi national and licensed lawyer with more than 10 years' experience in Saudi Arabia.
He has developed extensive commercial and corporate experience, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and equity and debt private placement, as well as advising in relation to Shari'ah law.
Mr. Al Homoud also has extensive experience in dispute resolution and has a diversified practice in advising and representing local and international clients before the Saudi courts and other judicial bodies.
Prior to joining Al-Tamimi & Company, he was general legal counsel for a joint stock company where he developed notable experience and expertise in the area of general corporate legal work, corporate finance and dispute resolution.
Further, Mr. Al Homoud worked as an associate with White & Case in its Riyadh office where he developed his corporate practice and was involved in a wide range of corporate/commercial transactions.
He obtained a Bachelor of Law at King Saud University in Riyadh (2000), a Master of Law in International Commercial Law (merit) at the University of Kent in Canterbury (2004) and various diplomas at the College of Law in London between 2006 and 2009.
Mr. Al Homoud speaks Arabic and English, and is a member of the International Bar Association.
