Further, she guides clients in negotiations with individual employees or with employee representatives, and provides clients with training on employment-related issues.
Ms Wang has fourteen years of experience working with Chinese and US law firms.

Ms Wang has experience advising several international software/high-tech companies on the employment issues of their China operations, and a leading mobile phone manufacturing company in dealing with employee representatives on issues associated with lay-off, salary increase and employment benefits.
Further, she advises non-China investors on Chinese legal issues in the automotive, retail and distribution, silicon wafer manufacturing, transportation, pharmaceutical, home appliances and software industries.
