Mr. Marsh practice focuses primarily on the defense of public and private employers in matters involving race, age, disability, gender, national origin, and religious discrimination.
He also handles EEOC charges and other administrative complaints through the administrative and judicial process.
Mr. Marsh's practice covers the wide array of issues that arise in the employment context, including employer compliance with applicable federal and state employment laws, including Section 1983, Section 1981, Title VII, the ADEA, ADA, Equal Pay Act, FLSA, and FMLA.
He graduated from LaGrange College in Georgia, where he received his BS in Business Management, cum laude.
Mr. Marsh obtained his JD, summa cum laude, from Mississippi College School of Law in Jackson, MS.
