Ms. Rygiel-Boyd has more than 10 years of experience representing management in all areas of employment law, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, breach of contract, wage and hour violations and other statutory and common law claims.
She has also prosecuted cases involving breach of restrictive covenants, breach of loyalty and misappropriation of confidential information and trade secrets.
Ms. Rygiel-Boyd regularly litigates in both state and federal courts, as well as before the various governmental administrative agencies.
She also counsels employers on various employment issues they face each day, including wage and hour issues, medical and disability issues, privacy concerns, and all forms of workplace policies.
Ms. Rygiel-Boyd was selected for inclusion in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 New Jersey Rising Stars Super Lawyers.
After law school, she served as law clerk for the Hon. Anthony J. Iuliani, JSC of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
Ms. Rygiel-Boyd received her BS from the University of Scranton and her JD from Seton Hall University School of Law.
She is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and New York.
