Mr. Murray works with employers to develop policies and procedures which comply with applicable state and federal laws.
He has developed several training programs addressing such topics as supervisor communication, effective performance management, workplace investigations and harassment.
Mr. Murray also has represented clients in a wide range of employment litigation including claims alleging violations of USERRA, ERISA, non-compete agreements, wage and hour laws and disability, age and gender discrimination.
He has been practicing law for more than 20 years.
Mr. Murray received his bachelors degree, magnum cum laude, from St. John's University in Minnesota.
He received his JD from the University of Iowa, College of Law in 1991, with high honors.
