Mr. Levine works with businesses to develop proactive solutions for today's complicated employment situations.
He defends employers against lawsuits alleging wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, FLSA violations, FMLA claims and suits for breach of contract.
Mr. Levine also assists clients through DOL investigations of wage and hour practices and often handles matters before the EEOC and state fair employment agencies.
In addition, he works on matters related to non-competition and non-solicitation agreements and theft-of-trade-secret cases.
Mr. Levine graduated from Washington University in St. Louis, magna cum laude, in 1991. He obtained his JD from The University of Texas School of Law, with honors, in 1994.
Mr. Levine is a frequent lecturer on various employment law issues and writes a monthly newsletter entitled Employment Matters.
