Ms. Augustin advises and represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment law matters.
She has experience defending employers in the federal and state litigation of claims involving discrimination, sexual harassment, the FMLA, Title VII, the ADA, wrongful termination, restrictive covenants, and wage and hour issues.
Additionally, Ms. Augustin counsels employers with respect to employment and compliance issues including employee terminations, reductions-in-force, handbooks, and the development of personnel policies and procedures.
She received her JD from William and Mary Law School in 2007 and her BA from Franklin & Marshall College, in 2002, cum laude.
She is admitted to practice in both Virginia and the District of Columbia.
