Michael W. Kulakowski is an associate in Powell, Trachtman, Logan, Carrle & Lombardo, a Pennsylvania-based law firm.
He is a 2007 graduate of Rutgers University School of Law-Camden, where he advanced to the finals of the school's esteemed Moot Court competition.
Mr. Kulakowski handles a wide variety of employment litigation matters, and has particular interest in issues involving trade secret protection laws, non-compete agreements and corporate policies governing the workplace.
He regularly counsels business clients on the avoidance of employment-related claims and liabilities, and provides counsel to the MidAtlantic Employers' Association and its members, which includes over 400 companies.
Prior to joining Powell Trachtman, Mr. Kulakowski was an associate at a large New Jersey law firm, where his practice included representation of executives in employment contract matters and corporate compliance with federal labor regulations.
He later worked as a litigator for a prominent employment litigation firm, handling matters related to various employment discrimination claims and whistle-blowing.
Mr. Kulakowski has been invited to give presentations on a variety of employment issues by the American Institute of Architects, the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce, as well as by private HR staffing firms.
