Sarah Andrews is an associate in the Pittsburgh office of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, LLP. She counsels employers in day-to-day labor and employment law matters, focusing on lactation breaks, the impact of the Affordable Care Act on the Fair Labor Standards Act, employee handbooks and policies for clients that operate within the United States in more than one state or nationally, and litigation avoidance.
She has served as a law clerk to Chief Justice Ralph J. Cappy of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and to Chief Judge Gary L. Lancaster of the US District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Andrews earned her JD from Duquesne University School of Law in 2006, where she was a member of the Duquesne Law Review.
She is currently the coach of Duquesne's Arbitration Competition Team and was named the Recent Graduate Woman of the Year in 2010.
Ms. Andrews earned her MA, magna cum laude, in Theatre History from the University of Pittsburgh in 2002 and her BA, magna cum laude, in Theatre Arts from Gannon University in 2000.
